• Vehicle Data: Registration numbers, odometer readings, and safety check statuses.
• Multimedia: Photos of vehicles or faults uploaded during inspections.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively for fleet maintenance records, safety compliance, and internal auditing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Storage

Information is stored securely in Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive) and processed via n8n. Logins are secured by Cloudflare Zero Trust.
